Tour of Montenegro
Through the Balkan gorges – 2/09-10/09/2017This Epic Climbs holiday is sold out!
On the waiting list
There's no doubt that Montenegro is off the radar for most cyclists. Yet it's top-class cycling country that has everything your cycling heart can desire. Long passes, superb scenery, lonely mountain roads. Expect a wealth of fascinating impressions. The winding climb up the Krstac above the Bay of Kotor, the craggy Durmitor Sedlo in the wild hinterland, and the Tara Gorge, the deepest gorge in Europe - many cyclists who adore mountains have fallen in love with this country.
The tour begins and ends in lively little Kotor, where the old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and we are within reach of the glittering blue Adriatic. But we'll also explore the Montenegrin hinterland, far from the tourist crowds, deep in the Balkan Mountains. A real adventure but with all the comfort of our Epic Climbs classics.
Ride and discover with us in September.
Founder and CEO of Epic Climbs and, as such, on a very special mission - with his inimitable style he motivates his flock to perform great deeds in the saddle. Sometimes does great things in the evening programme, too!
The trip we are offering includes the flight to Dubrovnik and bus transfer to Kotor.
However, you can book the trip without the flight, and travel independently by car. To do this, just use our Contact Form to arrange things.
It's a long drive to Kotor - around 1150 kms from Munich.
So we do recommend that you book our package with the flight to Dubrovnik included.
The price includes the flight to Dubrovnik and back (from Munich, Düsseldorf or Berlin, other airports on demand), plus the transfer from the airport to Kotor.
